Click & Collect & Bedside Deliveries

Hello, we miss you already!

Whilst our Fundraising Hub is closed we are offering a brand new click and collect or bedside delivery service in our hospital, as we wouldn’t want you going without your favourite goodies!

How our click and collect/ bedside delivery service works.

-         This service is available on Mondays/Wednesdays and Fridays only between the hours of 9am-4pm, if you order on a Tuesday, Thursday Saturday or Sunday this will be moved onto the next day.

-         Order before 2pm for same day collection or delivery, anything after 2pm will be moved to the following collection day

-          Please make sure you pick the correct option at checkout for collection/bedside delivery or home delivery. If you are choosing Bedside delivery and don't see the notes option at checkout to leave the details, please click into your basket (before checkout) and it should show for you there. -          Please ensure your phone number is completed at checkout should we need to reach you

-         If you have placed an order but are now going home we can ship the items directly to your home address if it past our closing hours.

-         If you chose to collect your items we can meet you either at Waterfall House café or our charity offices (5 Rowchester Court) please do not go to the meeting place until you have received confirmation your order is ready.
